The Grille at Runways is Hiring a Chef Near Hagerstown, MD
We are seeking a Line Cook to help our team in preparing meals and completing side work. The ideal candidate should have a background in bar and casual dining restaurant environments, strong time management skills, and the ability to create delicious food on a consistent basis. The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience as a Line Cook and will enjoy working with a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Use the grill and fryer to cook food.
- Manage inventory of food supplies and equipment.
- Communicate with kitchen staff about any issues relating to production, service, or cleanliness.
- Carry out standard safety regulations for kitchen staff.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
